The Mainstreet Homeowners Association

The Mainstreet Homeowners Association (HOA) is a Georgia state registered non profit corporation established to promote the health, safety, welfare, common benefit and enjoyment of the Mainstreet subdivision. Mainstreet is a Planned Unit Development and encompasses several neighborhoods. There are now 614 homeowner members. Everyone who purchases a home in Mainstreet becomes a member of the HOA by virtue of the deed documents signed at settlement of their purchase. These deed documents bind all purchasers and residents (including tenants) to the requirements of the Covenant Declaration and the By-Laws of the HOA.

  • What do I do if I want to add, remove, or make a change to my property?

    You must fill out an ARC Application. They can be found on your Homeowner Portal front screen.

  • Where can I find the Rules & Regulations and Covenants?

  • What do my homeowner fees cover?

    The homeowner fees cover the upkeep of the community including the pool, common areas and playground. It includes all utility bills, administration fees, and yearly events. 

  • How can I get involved?

    The Board has a meeting every 2nd Tuesday of the Month. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Volunteers are always welcome for seasonal events!

  • How do I attain a pool key?

    Pool keys are for purchase for $40. You can purchase one from a pool attendant at the pool.
